Due to the nature and hygienic reasons of our products, all products have no quality problems and no return or exchange service is available. Returned items must be well sealed.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will of course exchange or refund it for you. If you receive a damaged/defective item, you must notify us within 7 days.

Please note; our handmade nails are handcrafted with love, so each may be slightly different.

In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund.

Delayed or missed refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued.

exchange (if applicable)
If you would like an exchange, you must notify our customer service team at info@straycatboutique.online within 14 days of receipt of your order. If the exchange is applicable, our team will provide you with the next steps.

If an exchange applies, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own benefit, we recommend that you send your package using a delivery service that ensures the value of your shipment.

Straycatboutique does not pay return postage unless the item is the wrong item or defective.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange to reach you may vary.
